Package Your Device
Carefully place the item in its original box with all cables and components, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
